Randall "Randy" Foster
Randy is an engaging executive coach and a founding partner of Westport Analytics consulting group, which specializes in leadership development, innovative thinking, and performance management. He previously served as a Red Team Leader and seminar instructor for the University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies where he was involved with several high profile initiatives for NATO, the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan, and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency. In addition to managing a private law practice, Randy has served as a consultant and business manager in the aerospace, automotive, and laboratory testing industries. He previously taught at Ottawa University in Ottawa, KS, the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK, and the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Power Training Unit in Idaho Falls, ID. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas, a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, and a Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law. He is currently a PhD candidate in Human Capital Management at Bellevue University where he is working on a dissertation exploring The Integrated Effects of Ethical and Transformational Leadership on Group In-Role Performance. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Coach and has completed certificate coursework in Executive Leadership, Project Management, and Strategic Supply Chain Management.
William "Bill" McGovern
Bill retired after more than 40 years with the U.S. Government working as a soldier, contractor, and Department of the Army civilian. He served as Curriculum Developer, Seminar Leader, and Facilitator at the University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies (the U.S. Army's Red Team University). He previously taught a leadership course for Army Captains at the US Army Combined Arms and Services Staff School. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Bryant University, a Masters in Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Central Michigan University, and has completed his doctoral course work in adult education at Kansas State University. He is a Certified Knowledge Manager and has completed The Practice of Management Program at Brown University. He races his 20-foot sailboat on Weatherby Lake and during the winter is an instructor and ski patroller at a local ski area.
